
She graduated with a scholarship from the Department of Physiotherapy of ATEI Lamia and has been practicing as a physiotherapist since 2006.
In 2021, she began her postgraduate studies in “Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation” at the University of Nicosia, and in the same year she completed the CY-OMT postgraduate program and received certification as a “manual therapist” for neuromusculoskeletal problems.
In 2010, she completed her training in the recognized Vodder method for comprehensive edema management, attending numerous postgraduate programs and seminars in Greece, Cyprus, and abroad. In recent years, she has gained extensive experience treating patients with primary and secondary lymphedema, as well as edema caused by venous or cardiac insufficiency.
At the same time, she is a specialist in the measurement and evaluation of compression garments, an essential element for the management of lymphedema.
From 2016 until today, she has been working in the private sector, with a particular interest in Oncology, Geriatrics, and Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy.
In 2019, within the framework of World Lymphedema Day, she organized for the first time in Cyprus a conference at the University of Cyprus on the topic of Lymphedema, which was crowned with great success. She also participates as a speaker at various scientific conferences and delivers lectures on the prevention and management of lymphedema.
Finally, her work has been published in various scientific journals and presented at several scientific conferences.
